About
Suzie Liang is currently an MFA student at Columbia College Chicago, concentrating in creative producing. She has dual degrees in Advertising and Communication and two-years of work experience in the media industry marketing for Fresh Design Studio.
Drawing upon her Chinese heritage, she is heavily involved in the Chicago Arts Community. As a producer at Windmill Chinese Drama Club, as well as an event director in galas and festivals, she targets Asian audiences in prestigious events with thousands of attendees hosted by local named associations like Chinatown Chamber and Horseshoe Casino.
She co-created the group "Reelme" to help emerging American and Chinese filmmakers, talents, and entreprenuers who aspire to break into China's film making industry, by organizing offline and online Sino-US film events.
She wants to tell character stories and deal with the nature of time and parallel worlds by gathering strong opposite creative souls from different cultures together.
